It is about pirates who stole treasure from ships in the Caribbean.
4- Describe pirates? They are cruel and violent people.
5- How old was Jim when the story started? Twelve years old.
5- Where do Jim Hawkins and his parents live?
They live in an inn ( The Admiral Benbow inn).
6- Who is the Stanger who came to live with Jim Hawkins? What does he bring with him? Captain Bill. He brought with him a sea chest.
7- A second Stranger arrives. Why does he come? He wants the sea chest.
Chapter ( 2 )
1- The captain tells Jim that Flints men are looking for him. What do they want? They want the sea chest.
2- What does Blind Pew do when he comes to the Admiral benbow?
He asked Captain Bill to give him the map and they will he will come tonight to take it by force
3- Why do Jim and his mother run to the village?
Because they want the people of the village to help them against the pirates.
4- What do Jim and his mother find in the sea- chest?
They found golden coins and a leather packet.

The horses of the soldiers ran over him when he fell down.

1- Dr. Livesey and Squire Join Trelawney find something in a leather packet. What is it? The Treasure map.
2- What does Squire Trelawney decide to do?
He decided to go to Bristol to hire a ship to go to Treasure Island.
Chapter ( 4 )
1- Squire Trelawney charted a ship in Bristol. What is the name of the ship? How many sailors does Trelawney hire? The Hispaniola. He hired 19 sailors.
2- What do you learn about Long John Silver in the chapter?
He choose the crew. He is the cook of the ship. Jim the cabin boy stays with him in the galley to serve food. He had a parrot called captain Bill. Jim Likes Long John Silver very much.
3- What is Jim Hawkins job in the ship? He is the cabin boy.
4- Who says " pieces of eight. Pieces of eight"? Long John silver's parrot.
Chapter ( 5 )
1- 'I woke up when I heard voices'.
a) where is Jim? In the apple barrel.
b) Who is taking? ( the voices). Long John Silver and a young pirate.
c) What are they talking about?
They are talking about the treasure. ( killing Jims friend and taking the treasure).
2- The Hispaniola arrives at the Island. What does Jim doe next?
He choose to go to the island with the pirates. So he climbed a boat but when the boat reached the shore he jumped and ran into the island a lone.
Chapter ( 6 )
1- How does Jim know about Spy-Glass Hill and the stockade before he goes to the Island? From the map
2- How many men go with Silver to the Island? Thirteen.
3- What does Jim do? He runs into the Jungle alone because he is afraid from Long John Silver and his men.
4-What does Jim see Long John Silver do in the island?
He sees him Talking to a young pirate and then committed murder.
Chapter ( 7 )
1- Who does Jim meet in the Island? Ben Gunn.
2- What do you learn about this man?
He is marooned by pirates when he was unable to tell them the location of Flint's treasure.
Chapter ( 8 )
1- Who tells this part of the story and why? Dr. livesey because Jim is absent. He runs into the Island.
2- How many men go with captain Smollett, Squire Trelawney and Dr. Livesey to the Island? 4. (Trelawney's three servants and one pirate).
3- Why does their boat sink? Because the pirates fired the cannon at them.
4- What happens when they get to the stockade?
The pirates shoot them from the ship and kills one of Trelawney's servant.
Chapter ( 9 )
1- Long John Silver comes to the stockade with a white flag. Why does he do this? He wants to make a truce.
2- What happens after Long John Silver leaves the sockade?
The pirates begins firing at the stockade fro three sides.
3- What does Jim do after it gets dark?
He put a knife and two pistols in his belt then slowly he climbed the wall of the stockade and goes towards the place where is Ben Gunn's is boat.
Chapter ( 10 )
1 - How does Jim get to the Hispaniola? By Ben Gunn's boat.
2- What is Jim' plan? To cut the rope of the ship and let it drift away from the bay. In this way the pirates will not find it.
3- Jim climbs up a rope and looks through a window in the side of the Hispaniola. What does he see? He sees two pirates with red faces fighting. In the cabin.
4- Jim falls a sleep. What happens when he wakes up the next morning? He sees the Hispaniola not far away. It is drifting towards him.
Chapter ( 11 )
1- The wounded pirates says," take ship into the bay? Why does the pirate tell Jim to do this? Because the tide is out and it is shallow there so the Hispaniola will stay on the sand and when the tide comes in, the water will get deeper then the ship will float off the sand.
2- The pirates wounds Jim in the shoulder. How does the pirate do this? He throws a sharp Knife at him.
3- What happens when Jim fires the second pistol?
There a loud crack and the pirates falls down from the mainmast into the sea.
Chapter ( 12 )
1- When he gets back to the stockade, Jim gets a surprise. Why?
Because he doesn't find his friends and he finds pirates instead.
2- The men went away and talked together. They seemed happy now. Why do the men seem happy now?
Because Silver told them that, they have got the map so they will get the treasure and in case the don't find the ship Squire Trelawney had charted another ship which will come if they don't return in two month.
3- Why does Dr. Livesey come to the stockade?
To see the wounded men as they agreed.
4- What does Jim tell Dr. livesey? What does Dr. livesey tell Jim?
Jim tells D. livesey that he went to the Hispaniola and it is in the north end of the Island. Dr. livesey tells Jim that he has found Ben Gunn.
Chapter ( 13 )
1- How does Silver stop Jim running away?
By putting a rope round his neck and pulling him like a dog.
2- While the pirates are climbing Spy-Glass Hill:
a) what do they see? They saw white bones. A Skelton of a man lay on the ground. Its bony fingers pointed up the hill.
b) What do they hear? They hear a strange high voice. It sings the pirate song.
3- What do the pirates find at the top of Spy-Glass Hill?
Near the tall tree there was a big hole in the ground. It was a wide big hole but the hole was empty.
4- Who stops the pirates from killing Long John Silver and Jim?
Dr. Livesey, Squire Trelawney and Ben Gunn.
Chapter ( 14 )
1- Where is Flint's treasure?
Flints Treasure is in a large chest. Ben Gunn digs it while he is alone in the Island.
2- What is Flint's Treasure? Seven hundred thousands pounds in gold.
3- What happened to each of these people?
a) Long John Silver? He ha gone with a small boat and three thousands pounds.
b- captain Smollett.
He bought himself a house on the coast. From there he could see the ships sailing to all parts of the world.
c) Dr. Livesey. He became a wealthy doctor in London.
d) Ben Gunn? He spent his money in three weeks and became a beggar.
e) Jim Hawkins.
He and His mother bought a fine, large inn and had many servants. The rest of the money paid to Jim's study.
